Precious Metal Warranty

All fine weddnng bands purchased from Appealing Wedding Bands is warranted for the metal and craftsmanship of our wedding bands for at least one year from the time of your purchase. If your ring is found to be defective, please send it to us and we will repair or replace, as needed, it for free.All fine jewelry is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All gold jewelry is either 14K or 18K gold and our silver is sterling. We do not sell any gold plated Jewelry nor do we sell simulated or lab created gemstones.

Appealing Wedding Bands warrants to the original purchaser that any item purchased from our company will be free from defects in materials, components or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We agree to either repair any such defects or replace the item(s), at our option, at no cost to the purchaser.

Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only (based upon OUR inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at AppealingWeddingBands.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than AppealingWeddingBands.com will void this warranty. AppealingWeddingBands.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental danages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantabilty or fitness for a particular purpose. this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary form state to state.Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Diamond Warranty

All diamonds purchased through Appealing Wedding Bands are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All diamonds are authentic, genuine and have a consistently high quality and value. Appealing Wedding Bands does not sell any imitation or costume Jewelry. Independent laboratory certificates are obtainable for all diamonds.
